    help to embed this "password box" form into my worksheet.

    folks, need a bit of help to embed the attached excel file into my own workbook.

    the file attached it a "password-box" form, but it password locks the whole workbook.

    i need to know how to modify it so that it only password protects one particular sheet in my workbook.

    can anyone assist ?
