Values based on three criterias

Hi All,

Here is a brief description of the problem

I have a master sheet that contains all the data. Then I have individual team sheets. What I need is to take the data from the master sheet and put it in the team sheets based on the following criteria:

- Team of the individual in Column B
- In Column C we have two values "IN" or "Out". If the value is "IN", name will be displayed
- In Column C, if the value is "Out", then in Column D we have a date associated with it. If the date is greater than today(). then only the name should be displayed, otherwise not.
