moving 'boxes'

trying to create an interactive to-do list, that 'remains current' as tasks are (a) completed, or (b) rejected, where (a) text/hyperlinks in cells are 'pushed down' to bottom of speadsheet (creating a chronological list of accomplishments), or (b) deleted.

Is there a formula to move text from one active cell (or list of cells) to another growing list of inactive cells without having to insert/cut/paste? obviously, simply typing over a (b) cell, would work to effectively delete a dead task...any suggestions??
