Calculate hi-points

Here is an example. This is really what I would like to have it do but I would settle for anything that would make this job easier. I have been calculating points by hand on 600+ entry shows four times a year for the last four years and I'm getting desperate!
Any change or difference in the way this is set up is fine as long as it would work. Thanks for the help all. I have very limited excel knowledge. I hope this is doable.
