Tennis Ladder Formula

Hi,

I'm trying to put a ladder together for our local tennis comp. I'm looking for a formula that would organise the teams in asending order for highest POINTS than on highest PERCENTAGE.

Below are the figures I use to work out the ladder positions:

Bungowannah 16 (88.16)
Burrumbuttock 8 (113.4)
Culcairn 2 (213.3)
Holbrook 0 (46.88)
Jindera 4 (60.71)
Tabletop Ettamogah 16 (164.71)

I usually do the calculations by using sort points in asending order then if any points are equal swap team according to their percentage. This can very time consuming as I do this every week for 80 or so teams.

Any help or suggestions would be very welcome.
