Is this possible, or simple to accomplish? Thanks in advance for your help.

I create a pivot table at work that looks at metric performance across a team of my direct reports.

I want a way for everyone to see their performance and the performance of others...but not at the risk of them losing their privacy. I am wondering and asking if it is possible to somehow --either through excel, or a web interface -- for my reps to view their performance in a pivot table-like format, but at the same time only revealing their own identities when viewing the report.

John opens report and sees everyone's individual performance but only his name actually displays on the report and the tables

Jane opens the same report and sees everyone's performance but only her name is displayed to protect the privacy of others.

Even a web-based solution would be ideal, or some kind of password protection perhaps
