Multiple Substitutes

Hi,

In A:A ie, A1, A2, A3 etc I have values like ;
A1=14352
A2=15234
A3=53412

etc..

I want to replace
"1" with "India
"2" with "Canada"
"3" with "Australia"
"4" with "UK"
"5" with "US"

Is there any way to use multiple substitutes or Ifs or anything?

Kindly help.

=substitute(substitute(substitute(substitute(substitute(A1,5,"US"),4,"UK"),3,"Australia"),2,"Canada"),1,"India")
