Drop down box dependent on previous drop down box input

please help

look at the attached spread sheet, i need the second drop down to change depending on the previous input.
i have companies with different sites and want only the sites from the particular company to show in the second drop down menu depending on which company was chose from the first drop down menu.


help will be much appreciated.
