    Drop Down Spaces

    Everyone,
I am trying to create a drop down list in which the data is in one sheet and the desired location is in another. I understand the concept of data validation and how to set up the list. However, there are spaces in the drop down list in the second location even though all the rows of data on the original list are full and there are no hidden rows or columns. Does any one know how to get rid of those spaces in the drop down list? Thank you for any help and suggestions!!

    Hi,

It's difficult to comment without seeing your question in context. Can you upload the workbook?
