Hi there,
Does anyone happen to know how to graph a differential equation in Excel 2007?
Specifically, I have the equation:
V = L*(di/dt)
Any input would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance.

It's been too long, I guess, since I took calculus and differential equations, so I can't immediately visualize the solutions to that equation. But that's not an Excel question -- that's more a math question. I'm assuming at this point that the equation makes sense to you and that you can solve it (if needed).
With that assumption in place, you would put together a plot for that equation the same way you would plot any other equation. Using the relationship between the dependent (i) and independent (t) variables, build a table with the values of i at several values for t, and plot those values (using a scatter plot I would expect). Exactly what that table looks like will depend on personal preferences and exactly what kind of "visualization" you are plotting: A single curve, a family of curves, a slope field, or other.
