    Attendance Worksheet

My boss asked me to create an Excel spreadsheet for Employee Attendance. Basically if you miss a day then it gets counted as a point, if you leave early or come in late then its a half a point. Once you get to 10 points you are fired. That's the easy part. My problem is that after 12 months the points get dropped off. Is there a formula that would automatically drop the points off after 12 months or does this have to be done Manually? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    How's this?

Points are recorded on sheet 2 and sheet 1 contains the formula to summarise the number of points in the past year.
