Need to get Range Automatically

hi Need help

can anyone suggest formula or tricks for getting me auto range by just input the size in coloumn B

for eg :-

Column A Coloumn B Coloumn C
(My Range) (Input will be) (Display Result)

+0.180 - 0.229 0.22 or 0.229 +0.180 - 0.229

+0.230 - 0.299 0.25 or 0.249 +0.230 - 0.299

+1.000 - 1.199 1.00 or 1.009 +1.000 - 1.199
