Concatenation
hi everyone,
the attached file contains 8 columns of data. the data consists of 3 letter country codes, country names, and 2 letter country codes. however, because the some countries have names that are several words long, the data has been scattered across 8 columns.
i would like to see all 3 letter codes in a single column, all country names in a single column, and all 2 letter codes in a single column.
can anyone help? thanks in advance.

To get the 2-letter code, in K2, for example enter:
copied down

Then in J2, to get entire country name, enter:

Where there is a will there are many ways.

this is great! the only thing is, for some reason, the first 2 letters are getting cut off of certain country names. any ideas on how to fix that? (see attached.) if not, no biggie...thx again.
