Excel 2007 : if according to conditions

Hello again,

I have one problem , how calculate score between products (simple example has attached),data exist on two different sheets, when data have been put in specific cells sheet 2 and after comparing with cells in sheet 1 (also part of formula) results have been displayed in specific cell sheet 1,if possible the resulted number should be increased every time when conditions would be met, for example :if I have first day in sheet2 cell F4 1 and transfer this value in cell d4 sheet 1,after first day the value which should be recorded is 2,next day (one raw under) we have again type 1 similar combination of condition and value inside cell D4 sheet1 should be increased for 2,result will be 3 cell d4 .

Depending of daily condition between products numbers will be sorted into cells on the sheet1.
