creating a drop-down to populate a drop-down which thens populates another drop-down

Just so happens I ran across an answer to your question while searching for an answer to mine. I've never done what you're trying to do, but there's a pretty easy to follow post over at Excel Blog. Here's the link:

you need to be a little more specific in what you need in each drop down
is 1st drop down countries and is the name across from cities and countries only to show up for a paticular city

see if this is close to what you are looking for

OK I got it but what if I wanted more than one city after choosing America
so something like this America>>New york, Miami, Chicago, Dallas,...etc>>Mary, John, Phil, Marc,...etc.
