How to increase scale display default

I am using Max Excel 2011 on a 27 in iMac. Because the monitor is huge, the mac spreadsheet is tiny at 100%.

Is there a way to set the default "Display" scale to 150%?

That way whenever I open a document it automatically opens all worksheets at 150%. Instead of having to go each and every time setting the scale display.
