i'm having 2 problems but both to do with printing
Excel Issue 1.jpg
in the first row, on spreadsheet, it seems like the text are wrapped nicely within the column & row but under print preview (and when printed) the text somehow automatically adjusted itself and left a big space beneath it.
this is what it looks like under print preview:
Excel Issue 2.jpg
notice the space left out automatically. if i adjust the width of the row manually in spreadsheet to compliment the print-view, then the final word of the sentence will be missing from view (in spreadsheet) if i don't adjust the width, then when the document is sent to printer, i will get exactly what i see under print preview
Problem #2
another issue is to do with part of alphabets (tail of alphabets) missing. alpha with 'downward pointing tails' such as g p q j will be affected but only if the sentences goes more than 1 line. if the texts are kept in 1 line, there is no problem.
also, the problem seems to occur only when used with certain font (e.g. Calibri) and not a problem with other fonts (e.g. Arial, Century Gothic)
i'm been trying various ways and have to do manual line break, manual cell height & width, changing to other fonts but i'm hoping there's a solution to this where i don't have to spend time adjusting them manually & stick with the font i like best.
any help will be greatly appreciated!! btw, this is my first post here, sorry if it seems out of place etc.
