Many thanks for this its almost perfect. The only extra bit I need is if the start date is June 2012 I will need the sum from June 2012 to Dec 2012. Or if Start date was Mar 2012 i need the sum of Mar 2012to Dec 2012. What you have given me works perfectly if calculating always from Jan.
