    Naming the Tabs

    Hi All,

Is there any way to rename the tabs instead of actually typing. I have a different sheet for each member of my team. Let us say from Member 1 to Member 10. Is there a way where we can put these names somewhere and the tabs will be named automatically. Just thinking.

Please let me know whether it is possible or not.

    Cheers-

You could save the names of your team members in an Excel sheet or a text file and have a macro that reads that data and automatically names sheets.

    Perhaps like this:

Untested, but something like that should do the job.

I suppose that the other way would be to create a template which contains ten correctly named tabs and then just use that template whenever you want to start a new workbook relating to your team.
