Is there an excel expert who can help me today?

I have two open threads with complicated questions about a project, and the deadline is approaching. I posted one thread about a week ago, and although people are very kindly trying to help me the best they can, it's not being resolved, or even getting close. I hate to be rushing things when other people are giving me their help very selflessly, but all their help will go to waste if we cant finish finding a solution soon.

Here are the two threads i need help with. Keep in mind my excel is old, so I cannot open dummy sheets you upload. Some i cant open at all, some I cant open without losing "macros" and the formulas showing errors. So please explain and post formulas here, not in a a dummy sheet. I cant read dummy sheets.
