Excel 2007 : Dependent Validation on seperate worksheets - array not working

This forum briliantly helped me set up dependent data validation on seperate sheets in a workbook .
I have used these to construct my question sets, but on testing, I find that for some reason, the look up array for certain lines is looking at the wrong array.
I can't for the life of me see any difference in my formula, and have checked the arrays for any spurious or illegal characters or formatting.
The validatin lists and arrays are on sheet one of the attached.
The testing page is on "Team 1" worksheet, along with a note as to the error
Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong please ?

I think you are looking at the wrong range

Try this in Sheet "Team 1" G3

=INDEX(TitleData,MATCH(D3,DRC,0),2)
