Omiting data from Pivot Charts but displaying in Pivot Table

Hi all,

I am working with some pivot tables and need to show the data within the pivot table in graphical format, my problem is that my tables contain more information than I want on my chart.

I have attached a file with a mock up of the sort of information I am wanting to show, in essence I am showing three different values: Volume of sales of a product; Value of these sales; proportion of sales which are to each product. Ideally I would like to show the first two on a single line chart (different axis to allow easier comparison) with the third column being a pie chart.

Can excel handle omitting data from a pivot chart which is contained within a pivot table and can you also have multiple charts off the same pivot table?
