Formatting issue causing printing problems

Here is a file I use pretty regularly I didnt create it it was passed down to me. The problem is I have to print each one of the sheets out and the ones titled OC NMCA, Open Comp and Modular Muscle all print out fine. The problem is with the one titled Truck whenever I try and print it out on our printer it takes FOREVER and it has a formatting around the title. I have tried everything and cant figure out what is different about that page verses the others. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
