Formula for changing a cell color

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet where I need to compare two different cells. Differnt people are placing the information into the cells, and I want to bring attention to the last cell if the numbers do not match.

For example,
A2 has the number 15745 and then J2 has the number 14755 entered. I would like to the cell J2 to change color because it does not match A2.

Is this possible?
