column and Row Match

I am trying to match information by column and row. I'm sure this is possible, I'm just not sure how.

Unfortunately, the information in both could be change. Help!!

I am including a sample. The top "box" (A1:I6) is my data. Names on the right, dates across the top. Attendance marked as a yes in the data area.

The bottom "box" (A13:I18) is where I want to pull the data into. As you can see, the dates will not stay in the same columns (I also want to be able to change out the data in A1:I6 with new dates without having to change the bottom). And the names will not stay in the same order.

Any input would be helpful.

Works great...except, how do I make it return a blank if it's blank instead of a 0?
