    Pull data based on date

I have a complicate problem that hase been beating me for a few days. I don't want to use a macro. I have two sheets in the attached workbook. Sheet 1 is the place where I want all the data populate. It is broken down by days. I want to be able to dump data in the "data" sheet and have it populate the fields, part number, qty, and run time based on the data dump in the data sheet. The problem I have run into is when I do a vlook up it only pulls the first part number based on the date. I want to take the sample data sheet and say for all rows that have a date of 8/22 or 8/23 (these will change), I want it to look in the data sheet and if it finds those dates to populate them under the correct column. That way I won't have to copy and paste so often. I will only change the dates and it will filter the data in the correct columns. The gray columns on the data sheet are the pieces of information I want to pull, you can see the date's on row 3. The yellow on sheet1 is where I would like the respective data populated. Is there anyone who can help??
