Hi all,
Is there a way to make an excel file sharable to all user: I'm trying to do this so everyone can use edit it at the same time. They all editting different things so no worry of overlapping.

Under the Tools Option, there's a Share Workbook function that can be enabled. It can be a bit iffy, but it allows people to enter the workbook and make changes simultaneously.
But take note: When Sharing is enabled, macros cannot be run within the workbook.
