    layout of excel 2010 starter

When I first open the excel 2010 starter which preload in my laptop, there is a panel on the right side which contain "get started, do more, etc " and it made the working area very small. Anyone know how to change and eliminate this panel and make the working or data entry area become bigger?

    Thk in advance

It don't work. If I double click the home tab, the ribbon will go off but not the panel on the right side,it still remain. At the bottom of this panel is the advertisement for the full version of the MS office 2010 I just want to know is this starter will work this way and the layout can't be changed?
