    Selector Guide

    I'm trying to make a selector guide. I have a tab (Data) with 8 columns (A-H) having product discriptors (name, number, and various properties). Columns J-Y are catagories that the particular products are used for. Listed by Industry then Market segment. The Headings J1-Y1 are the industry names: (J1-O1) Industry A; (P1-T1) Industry B; (U1-Y1) Industry C. Under those (J2-Y2) are market segments. Listed under the market segments there are X's indicating what industry and market segment the product is useful. I need to have a drop down list on the first tab (Selector) for a user to pick a market segment and have a 2nd dropdown menu displaying the market segment in that industry. When the 2nd dropdown menu choice is made I would like to have a list generate under the dropdown menus displaying all products that can be used in that market segment. The list should show all the information in the first 8 columns (A-H) on the Data tab. Does anyone know how to go about doing this?

    attach an example workbook and you will get an answer pretty fast

    Yes. But then I need for the cells in/under row 8 to then populate with data from sheet 2. Like if you select industry 1 and HBA in the 2nd dropdown menu then I need for all of the products on sheet 2 that have X's under the HBA heading to populate the rows on sheet 1 in row 8 and below.
