Data extracting by specific countries – help would be appreciated

Hi there,

I’m hoping someone can help hear as I’m really struggling and if I can get this to work it will save a lot of time.

Please note I know very little about excel.

I’ve got a comma delimited download from PayPal of all of the sales activity for a given month, I want extract all the sales and data that came from NON EU countries, I’ve searched the net for tutorials etc and tried many things but I just can’t seem to get anything to work hence my request for help.

I’ve saved the comma delimited file as a Workbook and attached it below. (I've replaced any sensitive data)

Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
