Data extracting by specific countries – help would be appreciated

I’m hoping someone can help hear as I’m really struggling and if I can get this to work it will save a lot of time.

Please note I know very little about excel.

I’ve got a comma delimited download from PayPal of all of the sales activity for a given month, I want extract all the sales and data that came from NON EU countries, I’ve searched the net for tutorials etc and tried many things but I just can’t seem to get anything to work hence my request for help.

I’ve saved the comma delimited file as a Workbook and attached it below. (I've replaced any sensitive data)

Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Create a list of the non-EU countries in a separate area, for example in AK2:AK10,

then add a formula in AF2 like:

=ISNUMBER(MATCH(AE2,$AK$2:$AK$10,0))

adjust the AK2:AK10 range to suit the table you created and copy the formula down.

TRUE means it is a non-EU country per your list.

You can filter the column for TRUE if you want, etc...
