I need to look over a column of Zip codes and delete some of them

I have a column of Zip codes which designate addresses assigned to me and those assigned to a partner. I'd like to able to have Excel take a list of my Zip codes and compare it to the combined list and either mark those that are mine so I can delete hers or better yet have hers deleted automatically.

I suggest using the COUNTIF or VLOOKUP formulae. See Excel help for details.

I tried vlookup and it works for one value at a time.

Is there a way to have it loop so it checks the whole of one column
against the other? I have about 300 zip codes to work with.

I've attched an example with both VLOOKUP and COUNTIF. The trick is to set it for one and then copy down for the rest.
