Averaging a breath by breath data file,

Hello guy's,

I got a problem with excel (obviously). I got data files on a breath-by-breath basis. So not every second or not even 4 times every 10 seconds but highly variable! This exact same problem was described and offered a good solution in this thread:

However, the solution presented does not seem to work for me. The difference between my files and the files in the link mentioned above is small (he go hh:mm while I got hh:mm:ss data).

I've added an example of the data. I really appreciate the help.
