Excel 2007 : Using one user form to several sheets

Hi! any one here to help about codes? I'm not an expert from this, just trying to learn things that would help my daily task in automated way... i'm using excel 2007..

i have created a user form on sheet1 and it's worked well with that sheet.. when i copy sheet1 to sheet2 then use the duplicated form on it it won't work on sheet2...

what i'm trying to do is to use one user form to several sheets...
