Hello All,
I am using Excel 2010 and wish to have a formula to lookup values from a table matrix depending on values in two different columns in the Sheet
I have attached a sample file.
I have come up with a formula but I am stuck half way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You actually have two tables of data here, and data tables should be sorted ascending, as shown here. I've reformatted the tables and added more named ranges to suit, the standard INDEX/MATCH/MATCH formulas are now in columns C and D.
