Search for all the values that meet a certain criteria

Hello,

I'm trying to use the find option to search for all values in my worksheet, say below 500, or between 250 and 500, just so I can do something different to them. I know I can use a conditional format for this, but is there anyway to just search these kinds of values without creating a condition?

I can think of two methods to do what you want. The first method would employ MS Query and set up a query on your table and set the criteria for greater than 249 and less than 501. The second method I would consider is to sort the table on the particular field in ascending or descending order. This would put the records in a sequence that you could view all at the same time.

Thanks....I have never done an MS Query, but the sorting makes sense.
I guess I just didn't want to think I was missing anything in the basic find and replace dialog box ;-)
