IF Formula

Hello

I need an IF formula which will verify the word "Pass" in a number of cells and if all those cells have Pass in them then it will display Pass in the cell the formula is in. If any of the cells are blank it would display Fail.

I've tried a variety of combinations but nothing works.

Appreciate your help.
