Separate data in a cell

"300 Flauger Hill Road - Aberdeen, OH 45101
"
This is my cell, I need to separate:

Street
City
State
Zip

into separate columns so I can import it into CRM
I can use the character right left to pull the zip and state because they have the same amount of characters, but it won't work for City and street.

Please help!
