    Help would be greatly appreciated

    Hello there i need some help with a formula (im sure it a simple one for most) that will allow me to write a certain prompt in a cell (in this occasion it is A to F), when i write this promt in the cell, i want to look in a table of information, and return a yen value for different accomodation rates.

    please see below

    If i was to write say the letter A in room type can i get a formula that will check out my table below and return the value of 5,500yen. Same thing with any other letter A-F.

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated !

    Room Type: eg A
    Room Rate: 5,500yen



    Rooms Rate
    A Bunk/ Dorm Room ¥5,500
    B King Room for 1 Pax ¥16,800
    C King Room for 2 Pax ¥8,400
    D Down Stairs Dorm ¥4,500
    E Down Stairs Dry Room ¥7,000
    F Children ¥7,400
