You're saying you don't want to do this with VBA...You know that VBA exists, so I'm finding it hard to believe you don't know that you could use an IF statement, but I'm going to suggest it anyway. In Cell H14
Copy the formula down.
For X11, Y11, Z11 and AA11
IF you have other values in the cells you want switched to N/A, you could also create a custom format of "N/A" and then use conditional formatting to force the N/A to appear. The requirement to get the N/A to appear in the cell would be that each cell would have to have a numeric value within it. Attached is an example of that.
