Hi,

Im trying to write a formula that has the ability to skip cells, depending on a date. Basically, I need it to recognize that that when a cell equals, lets say "Rate3M", it will reset at that corresponding rate when the current month equals the reset date. This rate will then hold for the next two cells, (ex. Reset in Jan, then keep same for Feb, March) then reset again in April for the April reset date.
