Help for Obtaining a Formula by INDEX, MATCH and IF LOOK UP values

Hi all,

I am looking to obtain a formula in a cell n Project Quota sheet by Matching the values in 'Project Quota' Sheet with 'Estimate Amounts' Sheet If the match is true then the value should come from 'Estimate Amounts' Sheet.

If you can look into the attached file then probably you should be able to understand I have added comments in there so please look in to the Project Quota sheet for the commments.
