    How do you get rid of negative numbers?

    How do you format cells with a formula so that if the number is negative it will be positive and if number is positive still positive

    Changing the format is not enough, use =ABS(-250) to get 250.
    Just keep it simple !

    You can multiply by -1

    =IF(A1<0,A1*-1,A1)
