Question Cell is equal to a value based on two other conditions

I have a column in my worksheet where I want size chart information entered based on two other values.

If manufacturer value is manufacturerA and “gender” value is male then cell is equal to “manufacturerA male size chart”

If Manufacturer is B and Gender is Womens then this cell is equal to J5.

I have attached an example sheet to try and explain it better.

    Thanks in advance.
