    calculating averages

    I have a range of data sat c1:c16 and a set of values as below

    26.1
    33.3
    16.0
    8.5
    0.0
    41.4
    34.7
    27.4
    52.2
    23.1
    13.5
    35.1
    13.9
    62.9
    82.6
    16.4

    i want to calculate the average of the range greater than 0. how do i do this?

    What Excel version:

    In XL2003 or earlier:

    =Sumif(C1:C16,">0")/Countif(C1:C16,">0")

    in XL2007 or later:

    above formula or: =AVERAGEIF(C1:C16,">0")
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
