Hello,
For some reason only the first 320 records (out of about 2000 records) at the top of my validation list appear when I scroll down in the validation window in cells linked to that list. validation records list & cells with validation are on different sheets in the same workbook.This never happened to me before & simply cannot figure it out. Someone please help!!

Hard to say what the problem is without seeing it. Is your validation list a dynamic range? Did you look at the defined name to see that it refers to the proper cells on your other sheet?

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
