Excel 2007 : need Unique vailue using multiple criterias

Dear All,
I need to find a unique values by using different criterias.
For example.
Col1 col2 col3
1 x ab
2 x bc
2 y bc
3 z ab
4 w ab
5 y bc
1 x ab
5 y bc

The result should be
ab bc
w 1 0
x 1 1
y 0 2
z 1 0
