Unhappy changing colors on columns and showing EXPIRED when 0 is reached

I have a spreadsheet attached what I am trying to do is

    I2-DAYS TO RENEW
I would like it to be GREEN TILL 180 DAYS

At 179 days would like it to turn YELLOW

    at 90 days turn RED

when at 0 would like it to say EXPIRED and be able to turn A2-A3(LAST NAME, FIRST NAME) RED when EXPIRED is reached.I have attached what I have so far. I told my boss I could do this and I think I am in over my head any help is greatly appreciated.
