multi tier x axis

Guys I have been struggling with this for HOURS. Oh my gosh I search i downloaded and installed a hotfix:

Nothing is fixing it.

I am trying to make the graph have multi tier but whenever I select the two columns the first columns data into one row and the second columsn data into another row. Please please help.

Hi all was anyone able to figure this one out?
