Input box that creates a username and Password

Hello,

I was wondering about a code that would Allow someone to add a username and password as a variable to be used later

name = Inputbox( "Please enter your User name"). Value

Check to see if  name already used in a cell.
If not add and
Password = Inputbox("Please Enter password").Value

Something like this?
